Karahi Chicken
Spicy and flavorful chicken cooked in a traditional karahi with tomatoes, ginger, and aromatic spices.
Instructions

Heat oil in a karahi or wok over medium-high heat.

Add chicken pieces and cook until they change color.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add tomatoes and cook until they break down and become pulpy.

Add red chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.

Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until chicken is tender.

Add garam masala and crushed coriander seeds.

Garnish with julienned ginger, green chilies, and fresh coriander.
