Comforting minced meat curry with potatoes, perfect with chapati or rice. A household favorite across Pakistan.
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Add chopped onions and fry until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add ground meat and cook until it changes color.

Add tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt.

Cook until tomatoes are soft and oil separates.

Add cubed potatoes and mix gently.

Add 1 cup water, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander.

Serve hot with chapati or rice.
